EVENT ON SITE SERVICES
Travelcorp provides many on-site services which can be customized based on your needs. These include an on-site Event Manager, who will typically be 'on-spot' prior to the scheduled movement or activity to ensure motor coaches are staged, rooms are set properly for receptions, dinners etc.
- Travelcorp International staff greets guests at the airport and assist with transportation and luggage
- VIP Services handle unique needs
- A Travelcorp International professional coordinator is positioned on-site at the hotel and venues
